Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active social media account, website, or newsletter with genuine engagement. Synapep Labs reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Commissions

Commission rates are tier-based, ranging from 10% to 25% of the order subtotal (excluding shipping and tax). Your tier is set at approval and may be adjusted with notice. Commissions are calculated on successfully captured payments.

3. Attribution

Sales are attributed via a 30-day last-click cookie. You earn commission on any order placed within 30 days of the buyer clicking your unique referral link, provided no other affiliate link is clicked after yours.

4. Payment

Commissions enter "available" status 14 days after the order is paid (covering the refund window). You may request a payout once your available balance reaches $50. Payouts are processed within 7 business days via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.

5. Refunds and reversals

If an order is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed. If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from your next payout.

6. Promotional rules

You may NOT: bid on Synapep Labs brand terms in paid ads, use misleading or false claims about our products, engage in spam, post on coupon/deal sites without prior approval, or imply that our research peptides are intended for human consumption.

7. Compliance

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Termination

Synapep Labs may terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Unpaid commissions earned in good faith prior to termination will be paid out.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with notice via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
